Using TakeStack

You are responsible for the recordings and other media you use, including having the rights and permissions needed to record, edit, save, and share them. Do not use TakeStack to violate another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.

Free creation and proof export

Creating, rendering, and privately previewing a performance does not require a purchase. One branded proof export may be generated per local installation/device. The proof is limited to 60 seconds. Reinstalling, restoring, resetting, or modifying a device is not guaranteed to restore the allowance.

TakeStack Pro

Monthly and annual subscriptions and the lifetime non-consumable unlock the same current on-device Pro export functionality. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple shows the actual price and renewal terms before confirmation. Eligible customers may receive a seven-day introductory trial on the annual plan; eligibility is determined by Apple. Monthly and lifetime have no trial.

Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account. Purchases, refunds, billing, and trial eligibility are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and applicable law. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Lifetime scope

Lifetime access covers current on-device TakeStack Pro functionality and ordinary application updates for as long as TakeStack remains available and supported. It does not promise unlimited future cloud, third-party AI, storage, or other services with material ongoing external costs. Existing purchased local features will not be removed merely to resell the same access.

Availability and responsibility

Keep your own copies of important source and exported media. Software and device limitations can cause interrupted recording, rendering, or export. To the extent permitted by law, TakeStack is provided without a guarantee that every media file, device, or external destination will work without interruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
